I had two appointments at Creech Import Repair. The first one was for the 100,000 mile maintenance and the second one was to install new headlights. The staff is customer oriented. The auto technicians do quality work. There are two waiting areas, so there are no issues if you need to wait for your vehicle. Free snacks and beverages are available as well for clients who wait. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to keep their vehicles in excellent condition.

This is the second time I had a service at Creech that I left feeling that I had to write a review. Creech is amazing - much , better than dealerships - more professional, warm and honest. I can't recommend them enough. You will not be disappointed!

My go to shop as Creech is better than the dealer at servicing my Japanese vehicles. Promptly setting up appointments greatly improves customer satisfaction and that’s exactly what they did. Fair pricing as well

I went in to have a 2003 Lexus SC430 serviced for an oil leak. Kat was very knowledgable, communicative, and helpful in understanding where my car was at in the repair process. Creech even compared work done by a different shop and gave me good feedback on the why they were replacing a certain part. It was also useful to be able to communicate with Creech via a phone call or by text. Their pricing was also very reasonable. Overall I would highly recommend Creech!

I started bringing my truck and my RSX to Creech recently and have been very happy with the level of service I’ve received. Their technicians are thorough and they explained everything to me about what they did and what needs to be done in the future. They have a great space to wait and are reasonably priced for the excellent work you receive. I feel confident taking my vehicles here and I appreciate their honesty and the way they do business.
